A set of two espresso cups, slip-cast using a mold I made from a French yogurt jar—a shape (and flavor) I fell in love with during a season spent working as a pastry cook on Newbury Street. Each handle is hand-formed, a small act of care that breaks the repetition and brings the piece back to presence.
Fired to cone 6: one glazed in Seaglass, the other in Mock Shino, bringing together the tones of water and earth, cool and grounded.
Sized for a perfect espresso or a small pour of something you love, these cups are a tribute to craft, memory, and everyday ritual.
Individual dimensions considering handles (width x height x depth): 4.1” x 2.8” x 2.2” (10.5cm x 7cm x 5.5cm)
Individual weight: 0.3 lb (0.14 kg)
